- Payment information (credit card type and last four digits, billing address, transaction history—full payment details are securely processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers)

With Service Providers: We work with trusted providers who help us deliver our services, including Stripe (payments), Kajabi (website and portal hosting), Google Workspace (email and files), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Canva (graphics). All providers are contractually required to protect your information.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
In Business Transfers: If YTR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer to the successor entity. We will notify you if this occurs.

- Inactive accounts: Archived after 2 years
- Financial records: Retained for 7 years (ATO compliance)
- Marketing data: Deleted after 2 years of inactivity
- Deleted account data: Removed within 30 days (except legally required records)
